Our approach includes live demonstrations, virtual reality training, and mentorships to empower at-risk youth. We offer specialized courses on self-esteem and social skills, combined with traditional barbering skills, qualifying students for apprenticeships and license exams in Virginia.

Our special program, Shaped Up, empowers at-risk youth in Hampton Roads, Virginia, with barbering skills. It combines traditional craftsmanship and innovative technology to foster self-expression, self-esteem, and career readiness.
